There's a new challenge up at Time Out challenges and this time we have a theme challenge -
Water!

Our theme Water, couldn't have come at a better time!! I just got Altenew's Ocean windows die set and thought to dive beneath the waves and create a peaceful underwater scene full of color, depth and movement.
The charming Mini Delight: Graceful Seahorse layering die set adds the sweetest seahorse and flowing seaweed, while the playful clownfish from the Craft your life project kit - Coral reef wonders bring the underwater world to life. I finished the scene with a few bubbles with Crystal clear enamel dots and a bold sentiment making this a cheerful card that's perfect for brightening someone's day.
