Framed Freshness with Craft your life kit - Fruits and Flower

Hello friends,

As an Altenew Ambassador, let me share with you this vibrant, dimensional design that feels both cheerful and a little bit luxurious card that I made with Altenew's April release of Craft your life kit - Fruits and flowers.I could now be a green grocer and I will take pride in it! I love plants and fruits and I actually don't just enjoy eating them but also looking at them. So when I got this kit, I was soo happy!

This Kit has, kayering dies for all these fruits, stamps for pretty leaves and layered wooden planks, a pretty bowl and a cool carrying bag, also twi types of hooks to put the bag on! There's a lovely embossing folder and layering stencils for gorgeous floral arrangement!

I was spoilt for choice but for my first card I wanted the fruits to truly shine! I added subtle ink blending and shading for depth and realism. The pineapple, banana and apple come together in a bright, happy arrangement, while the soft background keeps the focus right where it belongs.To elevate the design, I framed the scene with a gold frame from the Illuminated Scenes - CYL kit giving it that classic, almost vintage painting feel. It’s a simple addition, but it instantly adds elegance and makes the card feel like a tiny piece of art.

The wood-textured base grounds the composition, while the pop of teal from the bowl ties everything together beautifully. I added the sentiment, “thanks a bunch,”  for a playful, punny and ideal for so many occasions.

This kit truly makes it easy to create standout cards without needing a ton of extra supplies. Whether you love layering, coloring, or adding special finishing touches, there’s so much you can do with it.
